Canyoning has now developed into its own sport with its own techniques, equipment and associations and organisations. As the sport develops more people are experiencing canyoning either through an organised trip or through friends with experience. Canyoning is an adventure sport with inherent risks, technical skill and judgement, and should not be undertaken without appropriate training or guidance from a professional provider or organisation.
We aim to deliver high-quality, standardised, internationally recognised training, certification and canyoning resourses for our members. The UKCA training and certification courses are designed for all canyoneers from recreational through to professional level. Our training courses are all standardised following training standards set out by professional experts. We're responsible for promoting the highest standards of canyoning instruction and guiding, striving to ensure that canyoneers and participants enjoy quality, safe and fun experiences.

The price for membership is £30.00 per Year.
For individuals who are aspiring or professional guides. This membership is compulsory for UKCA professional guides, instructors and trainers.
